By purchasing a casual class, membership, and/or participating in my classes you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions will be displayed online on our website, located at www.thosemagnoliaeyes.org.
Our Terms and Conditions can be amended at any time. You should familiarise yourself with these Terms and Conditions and check for updates regularly. We will notify you in writing of any changes to the Terms and Conditions by e-mail or on our website.
General Conditions of Entry
Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. Class Schedules are subject to change or cancellation however we are not required to provide notice to you of such changes. All purchases are final and Those Magnolia Eyes does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason including change of schedule or if you are unable to attend a class because it is at capacity.
All passes and memberships are non-transferable or interchangeable.
Those Magnolia Eyes reserves the right to refuse entry to, or eject you from our online studio in the event that you are behaving in an anti-social, intoxicated, disorderly, aggressive, offensive or dangerous manner or in any manner which impacts the security of our students or other people in the online yoga studio.
To ensure the least amount of disruption to our students, once a class begins the online studio access will be locked. Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstance. We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time of a class to avoid disappointment. For your own well-being we advise that you must remain in the online studio until a class concludes.

Membership & Pricing
The sale of each Student Membership is subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the specific membership which can include a minimum membership commitment period, automatic direct debit, membership time limitations and/or class attendance limitations. Class packs and unlimited memberships exclude attendance at guest teacher’s classes, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.
In order to obtain a membership, you must be 18 years of age or over. Minors aged over 15 years and under 18 years may obtain a membership, but only if their parent or guardian have provided consent.
Memberships are sold to patrons of our studios for personal use only. Memberships may not be shared or transferred for any reason at any time. Anyone sharing memberships does so expressly without the consent of Those Magnolia Eyes and will be denied all future entry and forfeit their membership.
We have the right to change our fees for new memberships at any time. We will notify you of any changes to the pricing of memberships in writing. We also reserve the right to increase membership costs at any time after the applicable minimum commitment period for your membership. We will notify you in writing of any changes to the pricing details of your membership. If you are paying for your membership by direct debit, you authorise us to debit any increase fee amounts from your nominated bank account. If you do not agree to any pricing changes, you may cancel your membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Casual Class
The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass.
No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason. Multiple casual classes can be purchased simultaneously. Concession prices are available for qualifying students.
One Month Unlimited
The Month Unlimited membership is valid for 1 month as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass.
This membership allows you unlimited regularly scheduled yoga classes but excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.
Weekly Direct Debit
The weekly direct debit membership allows you unlimited regularly scheduled yoga classes but excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events. The fee for this membership is currently $30 per week. If commencing the auto pay membership within the period of an introductory offer the first 7 days are complimentary. On the 8th day your weekly direct debit will commence from your nominated card. The prices are subject to change in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Weekly fees will be charged via your authorised automatic credit/debit card or nominated bank account by PayPal, our nominated third party payment provider. It is the holder’s responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available in their nominated bank account or credit card to cover the applicable fees for the direct debit memberships. You will be notified if your credit card or bank account payment fails to authorise for any reason.
All services will be deactivated if an account becomes more than 14 calendar days late with payment.

You can cancel your membership anytime. If you have any problems with doing so on the website then please email me thosemagnoliaeyes@gmail.com.
By creating a direct debit membership, the holder agrees to the terms and conditions of our third party biller, currently PayPal.
Our Liability
Those Magnolia Eyes and its Representatives will not be liable and excludes all liability under these Terms and Conditions or in any other way for all injury, illness, damage or loss of any kind whatsoever directly or indirectly sustained by you in relation to participating in any class. You herby agree to release Those Magnolia Eyes and its Representatives from all claims relating to a Student Membership, participating in any Class or from otherwise entering the online studio.
Fit for Purpose Conditions
All the teachers at Those Magnolia Eyes are qualified yoga instructors. To ensure that your risk of injury is minimised during your participation in class we require you to follow the instructions of our teachers.
The owner of Wonder Yoga and our teachers are not medically trained and are therefore not qualified to assess whether Students are fit to engage in any of our classes. Students are advised to seek medical advice prior to commencing any exercise program. Participating in any form of exercise at our studio is done entirely at your own risk.
You must advise us and any instructors if there are any risks to your health by participating in yoga classes such as if you have a pre-existing injury, illness, or are pregnant, prior to attending our studio. Where you have a Medical Condition, we require you seek approval from a medical practitioner to participate in any of our classes. Participating in any form of exercise within the online yoga class with a medical condition is done entirely at your own risk.
As all yoga classes and workshops are online it is your responsibility to ensure that your home is free from clutter and that your home will not impact or cause injury to your health.

Online Programs
Enrolment Agreement

By accepting these terms the participant agrees to pay the Program fees in Australian Currency (including GST) for the Program using the payment method selected on the enrolment form. The amount of the Online Program is stated on the website.

The participant accepts that he/she is required to pay the full amount of the Program fees even if he/she does not complete the Program.

If the participant is under 18, the parent/guardian is responsible for the payment of the Program Fees.

The approximate duration of the Program is stated on the Online Programs page.

Program Enrolment

Program enrolment is complete when the participant has been issued a username and password for online course access/or sent course materials via another method;

Program duration is effective from the date elearning access/access to materials is granted; and

Program commencement is effective from the date elearning access/access to materials is granted.

Special offer coupon codes cannot be added to an enrolment retrospectively and must be added at the time of enrolment.

Program fees are non-transferable to other students.

Program Materials, Access and Assessment

Program Materials are supplied in an online environment, unless otherwise stated in the course description, and are available for viewing online;

The content of the online Program Materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Those Magnolia Eyes. You may not reproduce any part of the online Program Materials;

Program materials are provided online via Those Magnolia Eyes website. Program materials comprise of written materials, web presentations, videos (where specified) and other learning resources.

Program Withdrawal and Refunds
Students can submit an email to thosemagnoliaeyes@gmail.com to request a refund. Refunds will only occur within a 30 day time period from when the online program was paid for.
Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
We will make reasonable efforts to keep any such information that we have about you secure and to ensure that any of our employees or agents who have access to information about you do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.

Student Obligations

As a customer or student of Those Magnolia Eyes, you agree that you shall not, under any circumstances, use abusive language or harass staff or other students. Those Magnolia Eyes reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes abusive language and harassment, and where that has occurred; and may, partially or completely, deny service to any infringing party.
